PryventaFrame retains all intellectual property rights to the core data modeling methodologies and logic frameworks used in our consulting services. By accessing our site, users gain a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view public-facing documentation for informational purposes only. Reproduction or redistribution of proprietary analytical systems without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Consultative Precision & Scope

Our services focus on providing the frameworks required to optimize existing information architecture. While we provide high-level structural Discovery and Mapping, the final analytical results are contingent upon the quality of client-provided data. We do not offer manual data entry or cleaning services unless explicitly defined in a separate Service Agreement.

Liability Limits

PryventaFrame shall not be held liable for any data loss, system breaches, or analytical inaccuracies resulting from the implementation of suggested models. All conceptual frameworks are provided as guidance for professional IT departments and must be verified within the client's localized security and compliance environment.

Third-Party Integration Risk

Note: Any integration with third-party software, cloud providers, or external analytics tools is performed at the user's risk. We do not control or guarantee the structural integrity of external platforms.

User Conduct & System Access

Users agree to interact with PryventaFrame.digital using standard web protocols. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary schema mapping tools or disrupt the analytical infrastructure of the site via automated scripts will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal recourse.

Discovery Rights

Clients retain ownership of their raw source data. PryventaFrame retains ownership of the specific relationship mappings and transformation logic developed through our frameworks.
